Enjoy a freshly made breakfast 7 days a week between 9:00 - 10:00am, with something new each day of the week! Please note the free breakfast does not apply to Bonobo Living apartments.

The swimming pool is warm year round and always a great place to relax and unwind during your stay

We offer satellite internet so you can work with an ocean view. We don't want you to waste time waiting so we made the Internet fast.

Rooftop Bar

The Bonobo rooftop bar is open two or three times a week and is an amazing place to see the sunset, enjoy delicious mezcal and make new connections!

BONOBO is not just a place to stay and get amazing breakfast, Bonobo is a lifestyle and home to a community of creative individuals.
We have a shared kitchen over looking the pool and love to exchange stories while cooking together or going out to show you the best places of Puerto Escondido.

We love pets !

Before we make a decision,  you need to send a picture. We only allow small and middle size dogs-no pit bulls etc. 

We charge $150 Mexican pesos per pet per day.

"Villa Bonobo was an amazing experience. I only booked for a week at first but always came back during the month I spent there. The place is great with pool, AC and a beautiful view from the rooftop but what really makes this place exceptional was the vibes. The staff is just the best, Flor, Chris, Enric, Lilly, Anto and Alicia, can’t thank you enough for this time you are truly my family in Puerto. Plus I meet some great people with all the other guests too. I’ll miss the barbecue every wednesday and breakfast everyday. Looking forward to see you again my friends"

"This place is amazing! The best hostel I ever stayed in! It's the perfect place - perfectly located overlooking La Punta's beach for the best sunsets you'll ever experience. Coffee and fresh fruits for breakfast right after yoga session is the best way to open the morning. The rooms are so comfortable, clean, equipped with AC (you need it in Puerto Escondido!), hot water in the shower, and the best mattress. But the best thing about this place is the people. The staff are absolutely awesome - Alicia, Alex, Chris, and Camilla are just amazing, they helped me with everything I needed (including arranging a very sweet deal in a scooter for the week of my stay), gave brilliant tips, but most importantly they were welcoming, friendly, and sustained the most positive and fun energy in the hostel.
